Refund & Return Policy

At Bombay Diecast, we take great care in packaging and shipping every collectible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened  
• Be in its original sealed packaging  
• Include all original tags, inserts, and accessories  
• Be in resalable condition  
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@bombaydiecast.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bombay Diecast cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The product  
• The packaging  
• The shipping label

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items  
• Limited edition or collector-exclusive products  
• Products with damaged, opened, or altered packaging  
• Gift cards  
• Special-order or custom products

Packaging Condition

Minor shelf wear, soft corners, card bends, or packaging imperfections that may occur during manufacturing or transit are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, a refund will be processed and a new order may be placed separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
